Google shares during the week ended six consecutives quarters in which the search engines fell short of analysts target making the shares a long term saving haven for market investors.
Google's market value have risen by $60billion and shares rocket by 16% as investors cheer big profits. A rise in 16% have added about $60billion to itys market value in one day. The shares rose as investors cheered profits revealing strong advertising growth on mobiles and its You tube arm.
The rises mean the company is now worth more than $400billion. On Thursday, google reported that second - quarter net income was $3.93billion in the three months to the end of June.
Also, General Electric posted a 5% lift in industrial profit for the second quarter, citing strong organic growth. The Conglomerate posted operating profit in its core industrial segment at $4.45billion, off 11% organic growth. Revenues from this sector were $25.9billion for the quarter. Its operating earnings in the second quarter was $0.26 .
General Electric raised its full year guidance for industrial earnings per share to $1.13-$1.20.
Low oil prices translate into higher profits for big Airlines. American Airlines and United Airlines recorded their largest quarterly profits ever, $1.7billion and $1.2billion respectively. For long term investments, stock market analysts said 2015 and 2016 will likely peak years for the US Airline industry. Also, Huwaei consumer business groups reported a revenue of $9.09billion showing a year increase of 69%.

2.Release of positive US unemployment data a modestly underwhelming GDP reading gave the index additional modest support in early trade.
3.The Dollar continues to tade higher currently at 0.7% to 97.63, putting moderate selling pressure on both precious metals and coppers.
4.In recent trading however, Oil has given up some of its early gains and is now moderately positive to +0.6% at $49.10/barrel.
5.Gold is now +0.1% to $1093.90/oz while Silver is +0.2% to $14.77/oz.

STOCK MARKET TRADE : ASCENA BUYING LOFT FOR ABOUT $2.16BILLION.
The Ascena Retail Group is buying the owner of Ann Taylor and Loft stores in a cash-and-stock deal valued at about $2.16bn.
HISTORY : Ascena, based in Mahwah, New Jersey, owns about 3,900 stores in the United States and Canada. Ann had 1,030 Ann Taylor factory, Loft, Loft outlet and Lou & Grey stores in 47 states, the district of Columbia, Puerto rico and Canada as at January 31
BENEFITS:
Ann Incorporated shareholders will receive $37.34 in cash and o.68 of a share of Ascena Retail group Incorporated stock in exchange for each of their shares. The companies put the total price at $47 per share. That is 21 per cent premium to Ann Incorporated Friday closing price of $38.71. Ascena and
Ann value the deal at approximately $2billion. Ann shareholders will own about 16% of Ascena once the transaction closes.
The Buyout which was unanimously approved by the boards of both companies, is targeted to close
later this year. The acquisition does not require approval by Ascena stockholders. Shares of Ann, based in New York jumped $7.40 or 19.1 per cent , to $46.11 in the last premarket trading.

Stock Market Update.
STOCK MARKET UPDATE : ENERGY COMPANIES LIFT US STOCKS.
Major United States stock indexes surged in afternoon trading as investors cheered encouraging economic data and the latest batch of corporate deal news.Expectations that any increase in the federal reserves key interest rate this year will be gradually also helped lift the market.
Dow Jones industrial average climbed 281 points or 1.6 percent to above 17,994. The Standard & Poor 500 index rose 24 points or 1.2 percent to 2,085. The NASDAQ composite gained 50 points or 1 percent to 4,941.
The commerce department said that consumer spending edged up 0.1 percent in February following two straight declines.The report suggests that the spring buying season could open strongly after sluggish sales for much of the winter.. KB Home led a broad rally among home builders. The stock rose 46 cents or three per cent to $15.74. Also, shoring up markets were remarks by Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yell en. In her speech, Yell en noted that continued improvement in the US economy means an increase in the Federals key interest rate could come later this year but would likely be gradual.
She continues to put forth the message that there will be a rate hike this year, but it will be quite measured and quite gradual going forward said Eric Davidson, chief investment officer for Wells Fargo Private Bank. "The market takes some confidence in that." The 10 sectors in the S&P 500 moved higher, with energy stocks notching the biggest gain. The sector was up 1.6 per cent. Analog Devices led all stocks in the S&P 500 climbing $5.69 or 9.7%.
Unite health Group jumped 2.6 per cent after the nations largest health insurer said it would buy( Positive news) pharmacy benefits manager Catamaran Corporation shares in United Health added $3.01 while Catamaran added $11.48.
RECOMMENDATION: Buy United Health Group for long term trading.

Bank of America returned to profitability in the first quarter as the Bank was able to move beyond its legal troubles last year. The consumer banking giant earned $2.98bn after payments to preferred shareholders compared with a loss of $514m a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, thebank earned 27cents compared with a loss of five cents a year earlier.
What lessons for the Investor?
As it is now, I will advised profit- oriented investors to invests in the company for a long term trading. This is because the banking economic outlook favors the Bank of America.
Trading Tips.
1.Buy only fundamental strong dividend paying stocks. You will never loose out. The annual dividends and bonuses from the company can act as a solace while investors are waiting for the market to turn around incase the market is flat.
2.Pick a basket of stocks, watch there daily trading patterns in terms of their trading high, low and close of the day.
3.Avoid stocks of questionable companies with weak fundamentals or business operations.
The stocks of this company are usually speculative stocks which take the hardest beaten in tough market conditions. Furthermore they are usually the last to recover after a severe market correction.
